  • 200 g kale

  • 1 can (400 g) chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 ml vegetable broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil sweet potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and mash with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add chopped kale and drained chickpeas, seasoning with smoked paprika. Stir in vegetable broth and cook until kale is wilted.
