Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 5 chocolate-covered almonds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and unsalted butter until well mixed. Press firmly into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. Melt the chopped dark and milk chocolate together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  3. For the spiderweb design, melt white cooking chocolate with heavy cream and let cool slightly before transferring to a piping bag. Drizzle over the set tart in concentric circles and use a toothpick to create a spiderweb effect.
  4. Place five chocolate-covered almonds around the center for added decoration.
