  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in boiling water for 9-10 minutes. Cool under cold water before peeling and slicing.
  2. Prep the veggies: Slice cucumber into thin rounds and halve cherry tomatoes.
